During this 7-session class, parents will become empowered as they learn Positive Discipline, a loving, kind, and respectful approach to raising children with autism. Through didactic teachings and experiential activities, parents will learn to understand the meaning of their children's behaviors, and to use Positive Discipline tools to teach their children to manage their feelings in positive ways, and to learn social solutions for everyday challenges.

Instructors Arlene Raphael, MS, Autism Specialist, and Steven Foster, LCSW, Early Childhood Specialist, are Certified Positive Discipline Trainers and have a combined experience of over 50 years serving children with autism and other special needs.

The cost for this 7-session class is $150.00 per person. If 2 people attend who are from the same family, the cost for both is $200.00. There is an extra charge $25.00 for the Positive Discipline book and printed materials. Payments are due at the first class.
