Information
This class will have two parts. The first part will give an overview of ASD. It will review the clinical diagnoses of the Pervasive Developmental Disorders as per the DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual-Fourth Ed.), discuss facts and common misconceptions of the disorders and give an overview of educational and other related services. The second half of this class will give an overview of ABA to show how it is different from experimental psychology and will also review discrete trial teaching (DTI).
$25 for members, $50 for nonmembers. Please call to register.
