Challenge Early Intervention Center presents Transition from Early Intervention: An Overview of the Process for Infants and Toddlers Upon Leaving Early Intervention.
This class will include: early planning for transition; timelines and procedures; and accessing early childhood programs and family support programs.
Light refreshments will be served. On site parking is available.
