Assistive Technology Resource Centers of Hawaii (ATRC), is a statewide, non-profit committed to ensuring access to assistive technology (AT) for persons with disabilities. Formerly Hawaii Assistive Technology Training & Services (HATTS), ATRC changed its name to better reflect the growing importance of assistive technology in our communities and to further emphasize our organization's renewed commitment to providing resources for consumers and professionals to succeed with assistive technology.
