Autism Society of Collin County (ASCC) believes the State of Texas should promote the development of services and resources for individuals with PDD or autism throughout their lifetime. ASCC will strive for the State of Texas to provide knowledge and understanding of individuals with PDD or autism to insure their freedom of choice, safety, equality, and dignity in becoming an included and contributing part of society.
