Baker Victory Services (BVS) is a non-profit charitable organization specializing in the behavioral health care of children and families. Located minutes from downtown Buffalo in Lackawanna, N.Y., BVS's 800 full- and part-time employees serve over 1,200 children and families daily and about 3,000 annually. BVS provides a number of diverse services assisting individuals with behavioral, developmental, and physical challenges. Residential, day treatment, and even general health care services are offered.
