Connecticut Support Services is prepared to fill and deliver diaper orders under HUSKY or Medicaid (T19). We carry an extensive line of pediatric, youth and adult diapers, along with other disposables and durable medical equipment. Along with the HUSKY/Medicaid number, all we need is doctor's prescription stating diagnosis, size of diaper, diaper brand requested, pull-up vs. brief and quantity per month. CSS will ship diapers statewide, discreetly to the home each month.
