Provides care and services to the elderly; The Division of Disability, Aging & Rehabilitative Services (DDARS) exists to inform, protect, and serve older adults and individuals with disabilities and their families, in need of human services, resources, or support to attain employment and self-sufficiency or to maintain independence. DDARS will aggressively assist citizens of Indiana, regardless of the severity of disability, to become employed and to live in the least restrictive and most appropriate environment possible.
