Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia - Norfolk Office

The Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia was established in 1978 to promote awareness about epilepsy and provide assistance to those with the disorder. On an annual basis, we help educate around 6,000 consumers with epilepsy and their families and friends to live with epilepsy. In our annual surveys of consumer's main concerns the top priority is invariably promoting awareness. To this day, consumers alert us about the inappropriate reactions when someone has a seizure.
