Fairfax County Park Authority - Adapted Gymnastics

This is a foundational/transitional class that provides opportunities for children with developmental disabilities to develop gymnastic skills. The adapted class offers additional staff supervision and support in a contained class. Some of the skills that will be developed are the basic elements of gymnastics, including rings, parallel bars, vault and floor skills, trampoline, tumble trak and rope climbs.
