Advocates for children with autism and related developmental disabilities; helps families across the country find appropriate placements. The practice of Mayerson & Associates is concentrated almost exclusively in the representation of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders in educational rights matters and related litigation. We also advocate before Congress and at the state level to support worthwhile legislative initiatives and oppose initiatives that would erode existing statutory protections.
