George M. Holland is an attorney with over a decade of experience working with the disabled. Mr. Holland is a graduate of Rutgers University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Holland has focused his practice primarily on representing parents with disabled children in disputes with local school districts. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Holland volunteers his time to several organizations that advocate for the rights of the disabled such as the Association of Retarded Citizens of Essex County, the Association, The Northeast Regional Early Intervention Collaborative and the Association for Special Children and Families.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Holland worked as a Student Intern at Rutgers University's Douglas Developmental Center, as a teacher at the Eden Institute, a private school for Autistic children and adults and as a law clerk for the New York Association for the Help of Retarded Children.
Mr. Holland concentrates his practice in the area of disability law, advocating for the rights of disabled children and adults throughout the State of New Jersey. Specifically, his practice areas include special education litigation, litigation against the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), litigation against universities and colleges, preparing guardianship applications and providing estate planning services.
