GiggleYoLates™ is a fun and educational DVD for all children, aged three to ten, to participate in a unique melding of yoga and Pilates exercises. It’s a comprehensive program that includes warm-up, arms, legs, abdominal and back work-outs, cool-down and modified exercises for special needs children.

Your instructor, Angelique, is a Licensed Occupational Therapist & Fitness Instructor with over ten years clinical experience in pediatrics. Traveling nationally, for Educational Resources Inc., she educates therapists on how to integrate yoga and Pilates for children with special needs. She is also certified to teach Pilates, yoga and water fitness. Her children's’ program has been recognized on TV and in newspapers as unique and all inclusive.
