Our experience with this office left alot to be desired. As a parent who does a ton of research for my child's recovery, I felt that I was the one bringing the information to the table. Questions I needed answered were never followed up on. Getting test results (that I paid for) prior to an appointment so that I could go into an appointment with an understanding of what was being discussed was extremely difficult. (They want you to pay for the appointment before giving you results for testing that you paid for.) Then, if you have a question later, they charge you to answer a question. The paperwork required was cumbersome (took hours) and I never felt much of it was even read beyond our first consult. MB-12 prescriptions were written for 2 months at a time and getting a refill without paying for a 30 minute consult was near impossible. After speaking with many parents, it became fairly obvious the approach used for our children was very cookie-cutter.
