The John Merck Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program is a program designed to meet the unique mental health needs of children and adolescents with developmental disabilities (mental retardation, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, sensorineural, brain injury, or other illnesses involving the central nervous system coupled with emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. The clinic specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children with autism and other pervasive developmental disorders.
