Dr. Hirani is a wonderful and dedicated physician who has helped our child make tremendous progress toward recovering from autism. In the time we have been working with Dr. Hirani our child has regained skills in interacting with peers and adults, joint referencing and maintaining good eye contact, appropriate play and enjoying jokes. Additionally, we have experienced excellent progress in receptive language and seen huge jumps in expressive language. As the parents of a child with autism we have found Dr. Hirani to be excellent at partnering in and guiding our child's care and recovery. The testing and recommendations she has made have been essential.

I have four boys, two who who are on the spectrum. Dr. Hirani has been a huge piece of the pie toward their recovery. One of my boys has made more steady and bigger steps toward recovery than the other thus far. Dr. Hirani continues to explore the needs and solutions for my other child who continues to struggle with many autisitic characteristic. Dr. Hirani remains hopeful and brings new solutions to the table. We've been chelating and combining that with the mHBOT and are starting to see huge changes! The combination of knowledge and hope is the key - and Dr. Hirani (and her staff) have a full measure of both!

Dr. Hirani has been treating my son with autism and my daughter with asthma for over four years. My son is very close to full recovery which is very much because of the excellent biomedical care we have received from Dr. Hirani. She is very knowledgeable about the latest research and clinical therapies and regularly attends conferences. On several occasions, she has made suggestions for treatment that I wasn't quite ready to try but willing to learn about. Sure enough, I invariably found myself asking for the therapy at our next visit after I'd had time to research it. My daughter's asthma gradually got worse and worse and our pediatrician kept prescribing more and more medication. After taking her to see Dr. Hirani, she was finally able to stop taking 3 of 4 prescription medications, and now she only needs one medication dailly and her inhaler once in a very long while for the muck milder episodes she has when she is sick. Dr. Hirani sincerely cares about her patients, and I recommend her without reservation.

Dr Hirani's willingness to try things before they were generally accepted as treatments for children with autism is one of the reasons my son has done as well as he has. I have always found her knowlegable and up to date, professional, and caring. She listens to parents and is open to suggestions, if it means helping our kids get well.

She has a pleasant 'bedside manner' and is always up to date on all the current therapies. Most of all, she doesn't delay or take up valuable intervention time 'waiting and seeing.'
