I am an attorney licensed in Nevada and New York with over 10 years of experience working with disabled children and their parents. I provide a free phone consultation for parents calling for the first time, as well as low cost office consultations. I attend IEPs, draft Due Process Complaints, attend Resolution Sessions and represent parents at Due Process hearings. I also represent students at suspension and expulsion hearings.

My fees are on a sliding scale and I offer payment plans.
