PathPoint

PathPoint provides services and support to assist youth and adults with disabilities to live and work as independently as possible in the communities of their choice. Specific services include independent living skills training and long-term support; job placement, on-the-job training and long-term support (group and individual supported employment); vocational assessment (Situational Assessment Program) and day training programs focusing on vocational training through paid work experience, social survival skills training and behavior modification. Assistance with transition planning for students preparing to exit school system.
