This grassroots agency was started by a case manager with over a decade of experience serving the developmentally disabled, autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and mental health populations of North Carolina. Success Stories is committed to providing you with a case manager that is not over-stressed or over-worked that will be around for many years. Success Stories ensures that a backup case manager will be available in the event of an absence. An always updated knowledge of the system is a key component to the success of all involved.
