TCART was created to accomplish the following goals:

To assist researchers in the field to conduct research protocols,to obtain grants and to further our knowledge.
To implement clinical programs.
To provide consultation to anyone or any program that we can help further the treatment of Autistic individuals and their families.
To produce and conduct educational programs such as workshops, seminars and conferences.
To produce and distribute educational materials.
To provide community and statewide energy to advocate for the changes in laws, policies and procedures that interfere with the needs of Autistic individuals.
We are a Center without walls and are dedicated to improving the status of all individuals with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder across the State of Texas. We will keep parents and Professionals informed regarding the latest research and developments in the field of Autism
