AutismLink Staff

Another autism organization where we are based, in Pittsburgh, tells everyone we're just "one mom behind a keyboard." We thought this might help to set the record straight!

Meet Our Staff & Volunteers:

Rick Bryant

Rick is our Executive Director helps us with day-to-day business operations! He is also a board member of AutismLink. Rick earned his undergraduate degree in English at Edinboro University and obtained a masters degree in Computer Science at Robert Morris University. He is also the parent of three children, one of whom was diagnosed with autism in 2004.

Cindy Waeltermann

Cindy Waeltermann, Founder of AutismLink and President/Chair of the Board of Directors is the parent of two children on the autism spectrum. She is also a published writer in several computer software magazines. Cindy was persuing a masters degree until autism struck, but plans to finish her masters at Carlow University in Pittsburgh shortly.

Josh Vender, MS Information Science

Josh is our website developer, the go-to guy for all of the functionality on the website! Josh has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a masters degree from the University of Pittsburgh in information science and works as a senior software engineer for a Pittsburgh software company.

Nancy Bryant, M.Ed.

Nancy is one of the web people here at AutismLink, she keeps us current! Nancy did her undergraduate work in both math and english, and earned a masters degree in computer science from California University of Pennsylvania.

Dorene Ciletti

Dorene is our marketing and PR guru! Dorene teaches at Duquesne University in Marketing/Communications. She earned her PhD at Duquesne and is currently working on her dissertation. Dorene is also a board member!

Kristin Gallagher

Kristin is the mom of 3 children on the spectrum and works in our South Hills Office assisting parents, managing support groups and scheduling appointments. She provides critical support to AutismLink families and also works across the Country at autism conferences representing AutismLink.

Raymond Roberts, Esq.

Ray is our friend and attorney!
