North Shore Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to consultation of treatment, providing the highest quality services to children and families. Our professionals include occupational (S.I),speech and physical therapists, ABA therapists using DT and VB, extenders of RDI and Floortime, Nutritionists, and social workers. We do individual and group sessions. We also have summer camp and intensive handwriting and bike riding programs. Deborah Michael, MSOTR, Director, also sits on the professional advisory commitee of the autism society of Illinois. She is an active member of the professional community focusing a large part of their careers on children with autism spectrum disorders. She is also certified in sensory integration (SIPT)as are her therapists. All of therapy is private, and we will help parents bill insurance. |

ARC Community Support Systems offers an Early Intervention program for children ages birth to three with developmental delays or disabilities. Their services include developmental assessments, parent training, play groups, and other support services. They provide a parent education program to families living in Jasper County with a child under age five who are experiencing circumstances that may affect their child’s success. Their Family Matters Program offers family support services to families who have a child with special needs in a twenty-six county area of central and southern Illinois. Families receive help with locating and obtaining needed services such as educational, financial assistance, vocational opportunities, respite, leisure, counseling, family support groups, therapeutic services, and advocacy. Additionally, they have an in-home respite program for families in Richland County. |
