Applied Behavioral Concepts, Inc. has been providing services to children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder since September 2000. We are currently located in a typical preschool/school environment offering incidental and inclusion therapy as well as DTT for Preschool through 3rd grade. Applied Behavioral is an approved Tricare Insurance provider.

The autism-georgia group is is for parents, professionals and others interested in learning and sharing news, information and resources about autism in Georgia. Members are encouraged to share information and ask questions about medical, educational and therapeutic treatments, both traditional and non-traditional, for autism spectrum disorders. Brewer-Porch Children�s Center is a state-wide social service program and teaching clinic of The University of Alabama. A department within the College of Arts and Sciences, the Center provides multidisciplinary mental health services to children and adolescents and is dedicated to the three missions of The University: service, teaching, and research.

Greengate is a private, nonprofit school for children with specific learning differences in reading, writing, or spelling.

Progress Listening Center helps children with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, or ADD/ADHD by offering EnListen, the newest patented program available to improve listening, auditory processing, and sensory integration. Developed by Sound Listening Corporation who is chaired by Dr. Billie Thompson, EnListen provides families an in-home choice once the initial evaluation is done. Dr. Thompson was the pioneer who brought Tomatis to the U.S. EnListen takes the benefits of Tomatis many steps further by improving Bone Conduction interference and increasing all processing of sounds necessary to produce word sounds, body coordination and receptive language.

This is a support group and informational website for parents. We are focusing on the Marion, Morrow and Crawford county areas in central Ohio.

The Learning Tree exists to provide a warm and loving environment to persons with significant challenges. Through systematic programming, we provide individualized instruction and behavioral intervention to maximize achievement in all areas in order to promote a quality of life enjoyed by non-disabled peers.

We provide the following services for children ages 2-10: Individualized ABA therapy, Early Education Program (ages 4-6), Primary Education Program (ages 7-10), After School Enrichment Program (Social Skills and Academic Tutoring), Occupational Therapy/Sensory Integration, Speech and Language services, Parent training and Support Group, Home-based therapy, training and seminars for educators and other professionals.

Valley Haven currently serves 116 consumers between 3 months and 70 years of age in 11 classrooms: 1 early intervention class (children who exhibit a 25% delay in one of the five developmental areas or who have a handicapping condition), plus 10 Adult classes (contracted services with Medicaid and the Alabama Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation.) Valley Haven primarily serves individuals who reside in the Chambers county and Lee county areas. Other counties' residents are served if space and transportation are available.
