Autism Solution Center, Inc. provides all autism-related interventions under one roof and at No Cost! Our goal is to make sure everyone with an autism spectrum disorder has access to appropriate, early, intensive intervention as well as education and training for loved ones and service providers. ASC believes every individual should have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, regardless of their ability to pay.

More than 10 national autism leadership organizations have come together to form AutismCares, a nationwide disaster relief effort that will potentially assist thousands of Katrina families living with autism. To address the most immediate needs, ”AutismCares – Katrina” is coordinating support for the unique needs of families affected by autism through facilitating temporary / permanent relocation support, mobilizing specialty assistance teams and providing autism-conscious supplies directly to these families and the professionals caring for them.

The Division of Children and Youth Services is responsible for determining the mental health service needs for children and youth in Mississippi and for planning and developing programs to meet those identified needs.

Clinical psychologist providing services including, but not limited to, Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluation, emotional disorder evaluation, functional behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis strategies, behavior program development, Autism and Asperger's Syndrome intervention program consultation, assistive technology consultation and educational programming solutions, and workshop and in-service presentations. The Tri-Lakes Autism Parent Support Group organized in May 2006. Serving most of Northwest Mississippi. Meets monthly.

The Epilepsy Foundation is the national voluntary agency solely dedicated to the welfare of the over 3 million people with epilepsy in the U.S. and their families. The organization works to ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences; and to prevent, control and cure epilepsy through research, education, advocacy and services. In addition to programs conducted at the national level, epilepsy clients throughout the United States are served by local Epilepsy Foundation offices in nearly 100 communities.

A support group for families and friends of individuals with Autism in South Mississippi. Meets the second Monday of every month in the Ocean Springs Hospital Library from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

LDA of Mississippi, a state affiliate of LDA of America, is a non-profit, volunteer organization. LDA of MS is an informational Support Center for parents of children with learning disabilities, adults with learning disabilities, and professionals providing services related to learning disabilities. LDA of MS is dedicated to: Enhancing the quality of life for all individuals with learning disabilities and their families; Alleviating the restricting effects of learning disabilities; Supporting endeavors to determine the cause of learning disabilities.

The purpose of Living Independence For Everyone is to empower people with significant disabilities to be as independent and as fully involved in their communities as they can and want to be.
