I am an attorney licensed in Nevada and New York with over 10 years of experience working with disabled children and their parents. I provide a free phone consultation for parents calling for the first time, as well as low cost office consultations. I attend IEPs, draft Due Process Complaints, attend Resolution Sessions and represent parents at Due Process hearings. I also represent students at suspension and expulsion hearings. My fees are on a sliding scale and I offer payment plans. |

The Nevada Disability Advocacy & Law Center (NDALC) is a private, nonprofit organization and serves as Nevada’s federally-mandated protection and advocacy system for the human, legal, and service rights of individuals with disabilities. NDALC was designated as Nevada’s protection and advocacy system by the Governor in March, 1995 and is funded by Federal grants and charitable, tax deductible contributions of private citizens. |
