Parent centers in each state provide training and information to parents of infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and young adults with disabilities and the professionals who work with their families. N.C. Health Choice (NCHC)is a fee-for-service program providing free or low-cost health insurance for children and teens up to their 19th birthday.
