The Autism Outreach Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by autism in Crawford and surrounding counties. The Center provides information to families regarding local services, hosts support group meetings, sponsors social activities/educational events and houses books, therapy tools and other reference materials to be used by families free of charge.

The Creative Arts Program has been created to enhance communication by allowing all children (especially those who have been diagnosed with autism and/or other developmental disabilities) to express themselves through music to build self-esteem, refine auditory, coping and fine motor skills, appropriate behavior, and alleviate frustration and anxiety. In addition to music therapy, the Therapeutic Creative Arts Program includes services such as music and movement groups, art groups, instrument instruction and programs focusing on the creative and expressive arts.
