Chandler-Gilbert Arc is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing training and support to adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities. We offer Residential, Employment, and Day Treatment and Training opportunities to approximately 200 individuals of varying levels of disability daily.

Rusty's Morningstar Ranch, Inc. adheres to the belief that since autistic people differ from those whose primary disability is mental retardation in significent ways,they ought to, and indeed have a right to have, programs that are designed to meet their special needs. The severe disorders of communication and behavior that accompany the autistic condition require an intensive, often highly structured program. The ranch setting, we believe, is the best way to provide this, as autistic people seem to function well in this quiet, rural environment. Our mission is to provide the serenity of atmosphere in which meaningful work and strong, caring relationships can be developed while the ranchers learn to get in touch with nature and themselves.

Rusty's Morningstar Ranch is a place in the country where autistic people can learn to live happy and productive lives. Deep in the heart of Cornville, it is home to four very special men. It is not a big ranch, but with a little help, Rusty, Brian, Joe, Jim, and Coby operate the ten-acre place they call home. Rusty's Morningstar Ranch is a home for autistic adults. They live at the ranch with around-the-clock staff members who help the men with their chores, their learning and their play. The ranch has a work program filled with many life experience-type activities. The men do their work in the morning and have therapy, recreation and go on trips in the afternoon. Evenings begin when everyone sits down to a family-style dinner.

Y.E.S. The Arc was founded on the belief that all people are capable of growth and learning. It is the goal of The Arc to provide training and opportunities that will maximize growth towards the greatest independence possible for each individual.
