4-Star Educational Center, aka "Wholly Smart Kids Center" and "The Homework Shop", offers tutorial services in the core corriculum for ages K-12. Programs are available during vacation times and during the regular school term for part-time students, and home-schooled students.

Serving the needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, their families, caregivers, and service providers throughout the state of Alaska via information, referral, training, and consultation. The Alaska Autism Resource Center (AARC) is a resource provided by the Special Education Service Agency (SESA) located in Anchorage, Alaska.

Consistent with our State Plan we work towards systems change in areas including housing, employment, early intervention, special education, lifelong learning, independent living and inclusion in the community.

This program has been developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and utilizes principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to change behavior. ABA is backed by over 40 years of research and is still considered to be the most effective treatment for dealing with behaviors. I will strive to teach skills that foster independence in the people she serves. Together with family, schools, professionals and community members, we work as a team to provide the best quality of life for each individual.

Provide strategies to decrease problem behaviors, such as: aggression, property destruction, self injury, self-stimulation, temper outbursts, elopement, etc.
