RISE Autism Center serves children with social and communicative disabilities, including Asperger’s Disorder, high-functioning autism, and nonverbal learning disabilities. It offers a unique, individualized education with an emphasis on social skills in a nurturing, therapeutic environment.
program assesses the nature and degree of the challenges each child is confronting and fosters development in all essential areas through an interdisciplinary approach. Our programs are dedicated to promoting communicative, behavioral, social, academic, motor, adaptive and independent living skills. These comprehensive programs enable each student to maximize their potential.
Often overlooked are the persons with Asperger's, PDD-NOS, and undiagnosed Autism. For these individuals reading everyday social cues can be a daunting if not impossible task which can lead to being socially outcast and often times punishing in social environments. RISE Autism Center offers a variety of high quality services and supports to meet the unique, complex and changing needs of individuals with autism and their families. We provide services for children from preschool to adult. We provide specialized programs, services and training that draw on state-of-the-art research and evidence based practice.

Robert J. Smith, CLTC joined the financial services industry in 2000 and is Vice President of The Dollarhide Financial Group LLC, MassMutual.
Robert is one of two Special Care Planners in the state of Arizona. He helps families that care for individuals living with disabilities or other special needs create peace of mind and allows them to concentrate on living. He does this by using the Person Centered Life Care Planning Process that keeps the person with a disability or other special need as the primary focus, and develops a Life Care Plan (a coordinated program of social, medical, financial and legal strategies for people with disabilities and their families) that helps enable that person to obtain the best quality of life possible.
