A fully approved nonpublic school offering information, education and treatment services. We provide Credentialled Teachers, 6 students per classroom with a 2:1 ratio, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Adaptive Physical Education, and Licensed Educational Psychologists. Our team works collaboratively to identify each child's strengths and needs and individually tailor their program in accordance with their IEP.

The Academy for the Advancement of Children with Autism and Other Related Disorders (AACA) is a school committed to the self-actualization of students affected by any aspect of Autism and other related disorders. It is our goal to assist both parents and children facing developmental challenges to focus and build upon strengths while minimizing the manifestations of the disorder. We at AACA understand that research in the area of Autism spectrum disorders is ongoing and hope that we will have answers soon. In the meantime, we believe that the treatment of developmental disorders lies not in one single therapy, but rather in a more collaborative approach. In the end, it is each student achieving his or her best potential that counts.

The Academy for the Advancement of Children with Autism (AACA) is a newly-formed organization that offers information, education and treatment services for children with autism and other related disorders. The Academy is committed to the self-actualization of students affected by any aspect of autism.

AACA provides an academic solution to children facing developmental challenges. Specialized education curriculums are combined with individualized treatment programs to further the advancement of each child. No two children sharing the same diagnosis respond equally to the same exact course of treatment. Transition is also extremely difficult for most children facing these types of challenges. Therefore, AACA believes that to achieve the best results it is necessary to make many different types of treatments available so that each child's specific needs can be addressed.

The kindergarten is designed to meet the needs of autistic children with severe behavioral problems. The new kindergarten will include programs that are developed to meet the complex challenges of each individual student.

Achievekids is a private, non-profit agency that serves youth with the most challenging social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties become self-reliant through family-focused mental health and education.

Advance Kids provides educational and training services for children with autism, including their families and educators within the field. We provide individualized services consisting of a child specific program design and ongoing assessment

Ala Costa is a state of the art after-school learning center for students with developmental disabilities such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and mental retardation. Students participate in center-based and community learning activities throughout the year.

Special Education Art Program/Classes for children with disabilities offered at allARTstudio. Study art with experienced European artist/mom of two hearing impaired children.

Almansor's Early Childhood Education Program provides early intervention, pre-school, day care, special and regular education programs for infants, toddlers and children ages birth through 8. Home-based intervention, parent education and family counseling are available for family members and care providers.

The Early Childhood Education Program is specifically designed to meet the needs of both the regular education student and those at-risk for learning, language, motor or other developmental delays. Our nationally recognized TAKING CHARGETM programs empower parents and care givers to provide their children with optimum learning opportunities.

I am an attorney with almost 20 years of civil litigation experience, the last 10 years of which was representing victims of discrimination. I have IDEA experience at all levels: IEP meetings, mediations, due process hearings, ALJ appeals and district court appeals. I am also a parent of a special needs child. I concentrate my practice on autism and other communication disordered children.
