The Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health is organized to operate for scientific, charitable and educational purposes in accordance with the explicit purposes as set forth in the Bylaws of the World Association for Infant Mental Health (WAIMH). These purposes include the promotion of education and research related to infant mental health, the facilitation of cooperation among those concerned with the optimal development of infants and infant-caregiver relationships, and the promotion of scientifically based programs of care, intervention, and prevention of mental impairment in infancy. To carry out these purposes, the Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health will conduct meetings throughout each year to discuss and disseminate current knowledge related to research and application as well as information about practice and policy. Special attention will be paid to matters of interest to Colorado and its surrounding region and to disseminating knowledge coming from our national organization of which we are a part.

The Colorado Center of Excellence for Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities is the CADDRE program studying ASDs in the seven-county metropolitan Denver area (Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties).

The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado (EFC), an affiliate of the Epilepsy Foundation, is a state-wide, non-profit, charitable agency dedicated to helping people who are affected by epilepsy and their loved ones. Our mission is to ensure that people with seizure disorders are able to participate in all life experiences and prevent, control and cure epilepsy through research, education, advocacy and services.

The mission of JFK Partners is to promote the independence, inclusion, contribution, health, and well-being of people with developmental disabilities and special health care needs and their families through consumer, community, and university partnerships. At the core of this mission is a commitment to family and person-centered, community-based, and culturally competent programs and services. This mission is accomplished through the pursuit of excellence in education and training, consultation, technical assistance, direct service, research, program development, policy analysis, and advocacy.

Psychotherapy services for families of individuals with Asperger Disorder or autism who need help with behavioral problems, parenting skills, anger management, life skill development, social skills, coping, and more. I also do autism research and provide seminars/workshops.

We are a group of mental health clinicians and interested others who offer support to persons in under-appreciated populations. Services include consultation, training, therapy, and research. Individuals served include persons with developmental disabilities and complex needs, children with complex needs, persons living with AIDS, persons with end-of-life issues, affiliates with various law enforcement agencies, people who identify with specific cultural and ethnic traditions, and survivors of severe and repeated abuse and other trauma.
