As the first counseling agency in nation to provide animal assisted therapy as its focus, the Animal Assisted Therapy Programs of Colorado provides a unique array of community-based counseling and psychotherapy services for clients of all ages and with a variety of mental health-related concerns. Based on research-supported techniques of animal assisted therapy all of our professional therapists work with a trained animal partner to accomplish therapeutic goals in a cost-effective and timely manner. We have specialists that treat autism and autism spectrum disorders, as well as their families.

Jeanne integrates her extensive medical background and years of working with brain injured patients, ADD, ADHD, Autism, cardiology, sports medicine, oncology, pediatrics, adult and geriatric medicine into her practice. Licensed Psychologist providing evaluations for autism-spectrum disorders, using the ADOS, ADI-R, and others as needed. Also, providing psychotherapy services including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for anxiety associated with autism-spectrum disorders.

A Cogmed Working Memory Training Program provider. This is a home-based computer program designed to improve working memory in children, adolescents, and adults.

The Family Support Services Program is designed to offer assistance to families who live in the Counties of Logan, Morgan, Washington, Yuma, Sedgwick, Phillips, Kit Carson, Cheyenne, Lincoln and Elbert who have eligible children, even adult age, living at home with a developmental disability.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado (EFC), an affiliate of the Epilepsy Foundation, is a state-wide, non-profit, charitable agency dedicated to helping people who are affected by epilepsy and their loved ones. Our mission is to ensure that people with seizure disorders are able to participate in all life experiences and prevent, control and cure epilepsy through research, education, advocacy and services.

Our Mission is to provide intensive early intervention to children with autism and/or related developmental disabilities. The intensive 30-40 hour per week program is comprehensive and encompasses multiple treatments, which are designed to meet the specialized needs of each child. In addition, each program will provide family support services to parents and siblings. F.A.C.E.I. is dedicated to providing an effective and affordable intervention program intended to maximize the cognitive, social, and emotional development for each child and their families.

Serves Grand, Jackson, Moffat, Rio Blanco and Routt Counties. Statewide Community Centered Board (In 1963, Colorado statute authorized CCBs to be responsible for community services for children with delays in their development and developmental disabilities and adults with developmental disabilities. Currently there are 20 Community Centered Boards who serve approximately 11,000 individuals and families across the state.
