MANDATORY COMPLETION OF ANALYSIS OF VERBAL BEHAVIOR - TEACHING CHILDREN TO COMMUNICATE PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT

ABOVE ALL is a program designed to provide in-home behavior therapy to children with Autism. The program is founded on the scientific approach to understanding and changing human behavior called Applied Behavior Analysis. Through the use of various behavior analytic techniques, the therapists are able to identify the skills that each individual child with Autism is lacking (language, attending, play and social skills) and teach them. Additionally, problematic behaviors (self-stimulatory, aggression, tantrums) can be decreased through positive and effective techniques.

ARC Broward is the oldest and largest private, not-for-prifit organization providing supports and assistance primarily to children and adults with Developmental Disabilities, including Autism in Broward County, Florida. The organization provides an array of 23 various services and supports, is outcomes driven and has received the highely coveted 3-year accreditation by CARF, the Rehabilitation Commission, since 1991.

Providing applied behavior analysis, cognitive behavior therapy, Floortime, Picture Exchange Communication (PECS), social skills training, inclusion support, feeding therapy, behavioral tutoring, community-based instruction, professional consultation, functional behavior assessment (FBA), behavior support planning (BSP), sibling therapy.
