ACES offers services to help individuals impacted with autism or other developmental disabilities maximize their full potential. We believe in providing comprehensive services to address all areas of needs for our clients. ACES staff have specialties in speech therapy, occupational therapy, educational and behavioral intervention (ABA). Our services are provided in a variety of settings including the clinic, home, school and community. In addition, as part of our commitment to community outreach, ACES frequently hosts and participates in a wide variety of community events, parent support groups, parent training sessions, and workshops related to autism and other developmental disorders. To assure quality services, we collaborate with professionals in the international Autism community and are participating in various research projects.

Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, Diagnostic Assessments, Curriculum Based Testing, Pivitol Response Training, Picture Exchange System, Floor Time Therapy, Play therapy, Social skills Training, communication Training, Behavior Training, Academic Instruction.

AUCD formerly UAP(University Affiliated Programs) are authorized by federal legislation to help States and local communities respond to the needs of people with developmental disabilities and their families.(AUCDs) serve as a liaison between the academic world and the developmental disabilities service delivery system. AUCDs network with and provide assistance to State Agencies, their local affiliates, and to various nongovermental consumer-based organizations. Most AUCDs provide direct clinical, educational, and other services to individuals and families, or can assist families in finding services.

Hawaii's first & only non-profit organization to promote music therapy. A 510(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to provide clinical services in music therapy as well as offering educational programs that provide the rationale for music's impact on the brain, mind and body. In essence, it is to increase accessibiliity to music therapy services; to advance research in music therapy in order to improve quality of life through therapeutic uses of music; and to raise public awareness of tghe benefits of music therapy. We believe the power of music can transform people's lives significantly.
