Advanced Behavioral Solutions (ABS) is a private practice that offers counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our highly trained staff of professionals has extensive experience helping families stop struggling and find solutions. We provide assessment and psychological testing that includes detailed recommendations intended to provide families with a guide toward achieving better emotional health and social/academic adjustment. ABS offers social skills groups tailored to meet the needs of children who experience difficulties in the areas of expressive communication and social interaction. This therapeutic group engages children through the use of games, arts and crafts, and role-play, to promote assertiveness and cooperative play skills, learn the nuances of verbal and nonverbal communication, strengthen leadership skills, and refine their ability to foster relationships. Additionally, we facilitate therapeutic groups such as: Girl’s Club, Motivating the Academically Discouraged (M.A.D.), Executive Functioning, OCD and Anxiety, and Breaking Free from the Digital World.
