The mission of Arc BRIDGES is to improve the welfare of persons with mental retardation and their families. This mission includes the provision of support, training and care through day services, residential programs and social services that help people with all levels of mental retardation develop skills and abilities that assist their movement toward more integration, independence and happiness.

The mission further includes participation and leadership in local, state and national organizations and the provision of education programs which actively promote understanding and respect of the rights, problems and needs of persons with mental retardation.

Damar Services, Inc. is a non-profit provider of residential, educational and clinical services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Damar specializes in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, and offers services including diagnostic assessments, behavior management and consultation, group and individual counseling, training for caregivers and treatment professionals, residential care and community living support. Due to this range of specialized services and our commitment to providing services to all ages and levels of need, Damar has become known as one of the best choices for the treatment and care of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Four Rivers Resource Services, Inc. is established to enable individuals with disabilities and other challenges to attain self dependence and natural interdependence, inclusion in normal life experiences and opportunities, and general life enrichment, by working in partnership with them, their families and the communities in and around Greene, Sullivan, Daviess, and Martin Counties.

Gibault is a home for kids who have been removed from their communities because of their behavior. Gibault offers extensive programs and services to help children with all types of issues and disorders. Gibault also offers comprehensive family programming to help ensure the child's success after they have left our care. Often times Gibault is the last opportunity for our clients to receive treatment before they find themselves involved with the Department of Corrections or "lost in the system."

IDTC is nationally known for our expertise in working with children and adolescents with intensive needs. Many of our residents carry a diagnosis of Autism or Autistic Spectrum disorders. IDTC also provides expert care for children and young adults who are dually diagnosed with a wide range of other developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances, as well as low incidence syndromes. On grounds school is provided 212 days a year.
