The mission of Arc BRIDGES is to improve the welfare of persons with mental retardation and their families. This mission includes the provision of support, training and care through day services, residential programs and social services that help people with all levels of mental retardation develop skills and abilities that assist their movement toward more integration, independence and happiness.

The mission further includes participation and leadership in local, state and national organizations and the provision of education programs which actively promote understanding and respect of the rights, problems and needs of persons with mental retardation.

Applied Behavior Analysis Consultative services for individuals on the spectrum and their families

Auditory Integration Training

Evaluation and assessment of possible PDD's. A systems approach to working with family and community to provide support and guidance in the areas of Autism and other behavior disorders. Individual,group,family and couples counseling for those affected by ASDs, including parents, siblings and high functioning individuals on the spectrum. Parent skills training on behavior modification and skills acquisition. Behavior consultation and training in the community setting.

The AETC provides parent and advocate training through a three-tiered training and certification program (details available online). Sheila Wolfe, the Executive Director, also provides direct consulting services to families regarding appropriate special education programs for children with disabilities in the public schools. The AETC is working to open an Early Intervention School for 3-7 year old children with devlopmental disabilities.

Bierman ABA is dedicated to serving children with autism and other language/developmental delays. We specialize in setting up quality ABA programs utilizing the principles of Verbal Behavior to help children with autism learn.

Our clinic is located in Carmel and offers large individual therapy rooms for each child. We also specialize in setting up quality home programs in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas as well.

Fifth Freedom is a statewide network of disability advocates who are linked together and working to improve the quality of life for all citizens with disabilities.

The HANDS in Autism program focuses on non-clinical, educational, and research services. General informational and traditional learning opportunities are available to develop community awareness and knowledge about the disorder. The distinct focus of the program is on providing hands-on learning opportunities for professionals as well as establishing coaching and mentoring relationships conducive to the building of local capacity in the application of the knowledge gained. The programs offered seek to address the various levels of learning appropriate to the variety of consumer needs and learning styles

Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN) brings together three uncommon groups - children and adults with disabilities, incarcerated adults, and dogs - to assist people in living their lives more productively and with increased independence. ICAN is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, supported by the generosity of private donors and grantors

ICOIL oversees independent living services throughout the state and works with the Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Disability, Aging and Rehabilitative Services toward developing a state plan for independent living. Members of ICOIL are appointed by the Governor. There are eight centers for independent living in Indiana that provide advocacy, information and referral, training and peer counseling.

Nationally known for our expertise in working with intensive needs children, many of whom carry a diagnosis of Autism or Autistic Spectrum disorders, IDTC also provides expert care for children and young adults who are dually diagnosed with a wide range of other developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances, as well as low incidence syndromes.
