Our mission is to enable parents, teachers, and staff to produce positive behavior transformation. We provide quality ABA services to meet the needs of the individuals and families we serve. We utilize research-based behavioral procedures which have been shown to improve the quality of life of individuals with special needs. By maximizing instructional opportunities, we strive to produce accelerated rates of learning. We empower others by providing training and support as we work together to change the lives of the individuals we serve.

Gibault is a home for kids who have been removed from their communities because of their behavior. Gibault offers extensive programs and services to help children with all types of issues and disorders. Gibault also offers comprehensive family programming to help ensure the child's success after they have left our care. Often times Gibault is the last opportunity for our clients to receive treatment before they find themselves involved with the Department of Corrections or "lost in the system."

Nationally known for our expertise in working with intensive needs children, many of whom carry a diagnosis of Autism or Autistic Spectrum disorders, IDTC also provides expert care for children and young adults who are dually diagnosed with a wide range of other developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances, as well as low incidence syndromes.

IDTC is nationally known for our expertise in working with children and adolescents with intensive needs. Many of our residents carry a diagnosis of Autism or Autistic Spectrum disorders. IDTC also provides expert care for children and young adults who are dually diagnosed with a wide range of other developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances, as well as low incidence syndromes. On grounds school is provided 212 days a year.

The RCDC (Riley Child Development Center) is part of a national network of training programs providing intensive interdisciplinary assessment services funded by the Bureau of Maternal and Child Health. Its mission is to support the independence, productivity, and integration into the community of all citizens across the lifespan with developmental disabilities.

There is a range of behavioral consultation services available. The type and duration of services depends on each child’s individual needs, location of services and availability. Clients of all ages and skill repertoires are welcome. My specialization is in early learners (ages 2-7) such as those with less-developed overall skills and challenging behaviors. Working with those with autism who display aggressive/self-injurious behavior and possess little or no functional communication skills is my particular area of interest.
