Adventures Outside the Box's mission is to provide structured, goal-oriented learning opportunities for adolescents with Asperger Syndrome and related disorders. Our adventure programming offers unique opportunities to expand social thinking, self awareness and life skills through direct instruction and supportive practice in the community, both local and beyond. We believe that life is inherently unpredictable. Learning to expect the unexpected is a critical life skill, and managing novel experiences, while challenging for some, can be gratifying. Music Play: This class is designed for children with special needs.
We at Apple Tree Arts believe in the therapeutic qualities of music and are committed to bringing music into the lives of everyone regardless of development or functionality. Our Music Play classes have an emphasis on socialization and expression in which children will be engaged in singing, playing instruments, and moving to music.
The teachers will organize the class based on their experiences in special education and their wishes to see that special-needs children can have the same opportunity and experience as others. Inclusion opportunities are also available through our other programs at Apple Tree Arts.

The Language & Cognitive Development Center of Newton is known for the Miller Method, a cognitive-developmental systems approach for children on the autism spectrum. Boston Families for Autism, Inc. (BFA) strives to provide quality services for families who have children with autism. We are a resource and referral organization comprised of Boston area parents with autistic children.

Our goal is to provide local support services in the community which include support groups, mentorships, recreational activities, training and information on various services in the Boston area.

BFA's focus is primarily on inner-city families who are looking for services for their children.

Floortime Therapy; Art/ Play Therapy

Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farm provides therapeutic intervention using horses and the expertise of physical and occupational therapists, speech/language pathologist, and MA licensed riding instructors. Challenge Unlimited and its subsidiary Ironstone Therapy work in collaboration with other service providers to include the unique "therapy of the horse" into the plan of care for children with autism spectrum disorder. Chatterboxes pediatric speech language pathology practice is a boutique private practice located in Newton Centre. Our caring SLP's aim to provide premium based services by building bonds with families and their children.
