ESY/Summer camp

Camp JCC serves children with disabilities alongside their neighbors and friends. The American Camping Association has presented a National award to Camp JCC for its extraordinary, model inclusion program. We also offer a program designed especially for 13 to 21 year olds with severe to profound disabilities.

The inclusion program at Camp Milldale was created so that campers with special needs are able to enjoy a typical summer camp experience with their peers. Campers who are part of the inclusion program are paired with counselors who have received training in working with a child with special needs in the camp environment.

Camp Venture is located in the beautiful, well-equipped campground of Camp Louise in Cascade, Maryland approximately 2 hours away from Baltimore.

Community Support Services, Inc. is committed to the provision of quality, community-based services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Individuals at CSS are supported in accordance with their needs in school, work, home and the community by a team of highly trained staff and certified therapists and consultants for the purposes of enriching their lives, upholding their dignity, and fostering community.
