The Bureau has statutory authority to enforce the State’s laws and rules pertaining to insurance, and it initiates investigations and holds hearings concerning possible infractions of them.

The Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services provides and supports community-based and residential services to consumers with behavioral and developmental needs. BDS organizes its community-based services in the state into three regions. BDS contracts with providers in each region to deliver services to consumers.

We provide 1:1 therapy and group sessions to assist individuals on the Autism Spectrum to overcome their challenges by using their unique. We give special attention to skilll building around Social Skill Development and Anxiety Management.

State Agency

A federally-mandated body of consumers, providers and State policy-makers responsible for advocating for service system changes to meet the needs of and create opportunities for people with developmental disabilities and their families to increase their independence, productivity, and integration and inclusion in the community.
