We are a network that advocates for community awareness, furthering research, better education and support of individuals and families living with Aspergers Syndrome. We are an informational channel where ideas and resources can be shared utilizing public relations, the web, and parent networking. We support training for educators in the areas of Social Skills, Daily Living Skills, Relaxation and Transitional Skills. We facilitate support groups for families and acquire funding to support research.

The Arc of Mower County is a not for profit agency comprised of people dedicated to assisting and supporting individuals with disabilities realizing a productive and fulfilling life, their families and the community in Mower County and the surrounding area.

FEAT is a non-profit organization of parents, educators, and other professionals dedicated to providing world-class Education, Advocacy and Support for the Northern California Autism Community.

This site provides information to parents of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders including Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), and Asperger’s Syndrome, and to professionals about FEAT, its goals, organization, and how FEAT can help families, as well as to provide information about other available resources.

Fraser Child & Family Center is a nationally renowned, specialized clinic providing comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents, and their families. FCFC is known for its award-winning program for children with autism spectrum disorders and a variety of related disorders, such as non-verbal learning disorder, pervasive development disorder, and sensory integration dysfunction. Here, you can receive evaluation, support, and intensive therapeutic intervention for your child or young adult who is experiencing difficulties communicating, learning, interacting, behaving, or expressing emotions. Services include:

Diagnostic evaluations;
Day treatment for preschoolers with autism spectrum disorders;
Individual, family, and group therapies;
Specialized support groups;
Skills training and social functioning;

Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota provides services for people with barriers to education, employment and independence in achieving their goals.

AUCD formerly UAP(University Affiliated Programs) are authorized by federal legislation to help States and local communities respond to the needs of people with developmental disabilities and their families.(AUCDs) serve as a liaison between the academic world and the developmental disabilities service delivery system. AUCDs network with and provide assistance to State Agencies, their local affiliates, and to various nongovermental consumer-based organizations. Most AUCDs provide direct clinical, educational, and other services to individuals and families, or can assist families in finding services.

The Autism Society of Minnesota exists to enhance the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders. AuSM seeks to realize its mission through education, support, collabration, and advocacy.

The Minnesota Disability Law Center addresses the unique legal needs of persons with disabilities. MDLC is designated as the state's protecction and advocacy system for persons with disabilities in Minnesota, and receives federal funds for that purpose. Services are provided at no cost to the individual. There are no income guidelines.

The Protection and Advocacy (P&A) System are congressionally mandated, legally-based disability rights agencies. P&A agencies have the authority to provide legal representation and other advocacy services, under all federal and state laws, to all people with disabilities (based on a system of priorities for services). All P&As maintain a presence in facilities that care for people with disabilities, where they monitor, investigate and attempt to remedy adverse conditions. These agencies also devote considerable resources to ensuring full access to inclusive educational programs, financial entitlements, health care, accessible housing and productive employment opportunities.

STAR's mission is to help ALL MINNESOTANS with disabilities gain access to and acquire the assistive technology they need to live, learn, work and play. The Minnesota STAR Program is federally funded by the Rehabilitation Services Administration in accordance with the Assistive Technology Act of 1998, as amended (P.L. 108-364).
