The Division of Children and Youth Services is responsible for determining the mental health service needs for children and youth in Mississippi and for planning and developing programs to meet those identified needs.

The Epilepsy Foundation is the national voluntary agency solely dedicated to the welfare of the over 3 million people with epilepsy in the U.S. and their families. The organization works to ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences; and to prevent, control and cure epilepsy through research, education, advocacy and services. In addition to programs conducted at the national level, epilepsy clients throughout the United States are served by local Epilepsy Foundation offices in nearly 100 communities.

LDA of Mississippi, a state affiliate of LDA of America, is a non-profit, volunteer organization. LDA of MS is an informational Support Center for parents of children with learning disabilities, adults with learning disabilities, and professionals providing services related to learning disabilities. LDA of MS is dedicated to: Enhancing the quality of life for all individuals with learning disabilities and their families; Alleviating the restricting effects of learning disabilities; Supporting endeavors to determine the cause of learning disabilities.

The purpose of Living Independence For Everyone is to empower people with significant disabilities to be as independent and as fully involved in their communities as they can and want to be.

Protection and Advocacy Services; The mission of Mississippi Protection and Advocacy System, Inc. is to protect and advocate for the legal and human rights of all persons with disabilities and to assist them with full inclusion in home, community, education and employment.

The CDD is an appointed group of people designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and the community they live. We are not a direct service organization, but develop strategies to support systemic change for the people we advocate.

The Mission of the T.K. Martin Center for Technology & Disability is to ensure that persons with disabilities are able to continually benefit from technological solutions and advances in the field of assistive technology.

In order to empower individuals with disabilities through leading edge technologies the T.K. Martin Center for Technology & Disability maintains a state of the art clinical, research and training program focusing modern technologies, in a comprehensive and integrated manner, to the needs of persons with disabilities.

TEAAM is a 501c3 non-profit, volunteer organization comprised of parents, family members, educators and service providers interested in the field of Autism. Focused on advancing the service potential for Mississippians with autism as well as those who serve them and those who support them, our organization is dedicated to improving the understanding of Autism through extensive training. TEAAM has developed a statewide autism-training curriculum and has traveled throughout Mississippi providing training to parents, educators, therapists and other professional personnel. TEAAM is focused on being Mississippi’s central source of information regarding Autism related services and resources. TEAAM also organizes, hosts, and staffs Kamp Kaleidoscope, Mississippi’s only fully inclusive summer camp program for children with Autism and their typical peers.

The Arc of Mississippi is an affiliate of The Arc of the United States, the nation's largest volunteer organization devoted to improving the lives of persons with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities and their families. The Arc of Mississippi works with local, grass-root groups throughout the state to address the needs and concerns of our citizens with developmental disabilities.
