Operates a school, conducts research and training, adult and transitional consultation services. The DDDC exists to meet the needs of people with autism spectrum disorders and their families. As an ABA program, we use these principles to organize our delivery of services. We recognize that it is our responsibility to work collaboratively with the families of the children and adults we serve, and with the agencies that fund their treatment. As a university-based program, our commitment includes the education of undergraduate and graduate students and the dissemination of knowledge through research, training, and consultative services. We also strive to provide information about the treatment and education of people with autism spectrum disorders to the entire professional community and to the general public. In addition, we are committed to furthering the understanding of the nature and treatment of autism spectrum disorders through research.

Audrey Mars, M.D. works with children who exhibit a wide range of developmental disabilities and has a special interest in children with Autism, and those who are internationally adopted.

Dr. Mars will continue in an established research capacity with UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She is involved with research to determine the influence of exposure to neurotoxicants on child health and development with autism as a focus, as well as the prevalence of Autism in New Jersey.

Evaluation Services; Located at FDU's Metropolitan Campus, the Center for Psychological Services is a University-based facility with the combined goal of serving the community with high quality and affordable services/programs and advancing the practice of psychology through excellence in research, service and professional training. The staff includes noted authors and nationally known experts in their field. Services are coordinated and delivered by licensed psychologists, certified school psychologists, and doctoral students working under the direct supervision of a senior psychologist. The Center offers comprehensive neuropsychological, educational, and psychological testing, as well as individual, group, family, and school interventions/therapies.

Support and direction through legal process for your child; ages 1.5-21, through observation, home program/instruction, teacher/therapist consultations. This is an ongoing process, throughout the year, and IEP's.

The Princeton Child Development Institute, founded in 1970, is a private, nonprofit program offering a broad spectrum of science-based services to children, youths, and adults with autism. The Institute not only provides quality treatment, education, and professional training and mentoring in New Jersey, but through its research, has pioneered comprehensive intervention models that are used nationally and internationally for the benefit of persons with autism.

The Autism Tissue Program is a joint effort of the Autism Society of America (ASA) Foundation, the National Alliance for Autism Research (NAAR), and the M.I.N.D. (Medical Investigation of Neurodevelopmental Disorders) Institute at the University of California, Davis. Our organizations are determined to understand autism spectrum disorders by providing approved scientists access to the most fundamental, rare, precious, and most necessary of resources: human brain tissue. Our national outreach program makes families aware of the need for this Gift of Hope.

The Autism Tissue Program (ATP) is national outreach and education program that promotes donor awareness among professionals and families of the critical need for brain tissue for research. Its primary mission is to accelerate autism spectrum disorders research by providing approved scientists access to postmortem brain tissue. Researchers typically compare brain tissue of donors with autism spectrum disorders and those who are unaffected; thus, we encourage everyone to consider signing up to donate brain tissue. This precious resource is vital to understanding the biological mechanisms of autism that will help formulate better interventions and treatments.

CNNH offers an array of comprehensive, multidisciplinary and evidence-based evaluation and treatment services for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disabilities, neurobehavioral disorders, and other neurological problems.

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Specialty Care Center in Atlantic County, NJ offers a range of pediatric outpatient specialty medical and surgical services and ancillary testing to families in coastal southern New Jersey. All care is provided by physicians who are members of the Hospital's attending physician staff.

We offer sound-based therapies that address challenges related to Autism, ADD, ADHD, APD, Apraxia, Dyslexia, Hyperlexia, Downs Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, learning disabilities, central auditory processing (CAPD), other minor learning / attention / focus related skills, and health and wellness issues.
