The family and a team of early intervention personnel will develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). The IFSP will document the outcomes identified for the child and family as well as the early intervention and other services to help meet those outcomes. The IFSP will detail how often, for how long and the method by which each service will be provided. A family may accept or decline any service offered to them. |
