Autistic Children's Activity Program, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on direct services needed for children with autism. A.C.A.P. was founded in 1987 by parents of children with autism to provide a program involving life skills training, community integration support (including transportation training), recreational experiences, and family support.

Bridgeway House is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization helping children and families by providing treatments, courses, and support to families and individuals affected by autism and related disabilities. This organization was created in 2002 by Patricia A. Wigney, a dedicated parent who traveled the Pacific Northwest in search of resources to help her autistic daughter. After four years of gathering information and resources she decided to assemble a group of parents and professionals to bring life altering services to one location in her community. Her dream was to have treatments, courses, information, and support easily accessible to the autism community.

FEAT of Oregon was founded in February of 1995 by a small group of parents seeking to improve early intervention services in The State of Oregon and to promote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as an effective treatment for autism. One of FEAT’s first activities was to organize “new member” orientation meetings for parents of recently diagnosed children with autism.
