Consultation:
ELE designs individualized education programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and verbal behavior (VB). Nhu Quach, the founder, is a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and a prior Carbone Associate. Our programs are individually designed based on the needs of the learner, family, and community. We focus on teaching language, social/play skills, academics, and self-help skills. Programs are tailored to reduce problem behaviors by making learning fun and by teaching proper replacement behaviors to help our learners better communicate their needs. After setting program goals, we will develop custom procedures based on a preliminary skills assessment conducted with the learner. We will then directly train staff and family members on how to properly implement the procedures.

Professional Training:
We also provide group staff training and presentations to professionals and paraprofessionals in a number of areas including: Principles of Behavior Analysis, Skinner's analysis of Verbal Behavior, Reducing Problem Behaviors , Teaching Language, ABA/VB in Classroom Settings

Though based in Philadelphia, we consult with families and agencies throughout the US and Canada.
