INAC is a pro-active committee which has been responsible not only for sponsoring presentations on topics ranging from The Individual Education Plan, Attention Deficit Disorder, Transitioning, and Speech & Language Disorders, among many others, but has also published a Parent Information Booklet, opened the INAC Resource Library at the JR/SR High School, started a newsletter, and funded parents' attendance at various regional seminars. Only with the dedication of more people in the community can INAC continue to be as active as it has been in the past. We hope that you will consider joining INAC at its next meeting and become part of what we believe is truly an admirable and worthwhile cause.

Families for Effective Autism Treatment of Rhode Island (FEAT/RI) is a non-profit organization of parents. Our mission is to inform parents on effective early intervention based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We strive to disseminate accurate information about ABA, promote the development and quality of programs, as well as guide, support, and advocate for families seeking this type of intervention. FEAT/RI assistance is available to FEAT/RI members, as well as non-member parents and families.

PARI was incorporated in 1980 as a "consumer-directed" Independent Living Center. Our staff works with people with any kind of disability to identify goals and provide training, equipment, advocacy, and counseling to help them to achieve their goals. Whether the consumer is seeking medical resources, new ways of performing activities of daily life, transportation, housing, or ways of becoming involved in the community, the PARI Independent Living Center is the individual's professional resource for reaching independence. The Independent Living Center is a unique concept in non-residential resources for the person with a disability.
