Beyond the growing increase of Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD-NOS) is the impact of the disabilities on the family and community. The disability affects more than just the individual; it affects parents, siblings, teachers, family members, and many more.


ABA Outreach recognizes the profound impact developmental disorders have on all aspects of life. We not only provide treatment for the individual but we also provide solutions for a better way of life. We believe that in order to counter-balance the effect of these disabilities, treatment needs to begin by taking into account the whole of an individual’s life.

We provide behavior analytic services to a schools, private families, and SC government organizations (e.g., DDSN boards). We have experience working with children and adults with a variety of behavioral issues and diagnoses.

Early intensive behavioral intervention for children with autism

The SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, as defined in the South Carolina Code of Law, serves persons with mental retardation, autism, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury and conditions related to each of these four disabilities.

The Discrete Trial (DT) Trainer is an educational software package designed to teach individuals with autism. The software implements ABA/DT methods to engage even very low functioning individuals so that they can independently learn on the computer. The DT Trainer is like having an extra teaching assistant for your child or students. The DTT is a large package with over 160 content programs ranging from 2 – 9 years old developmentally. There are also hundreds of selectable reinforcers to motivate a wide range of students. There are free trials and the DT Trainer is priced affordably for home and school.

Easter Seals South Carolina programs help people with hearing, speech, or orthopedic impairments, as well as stroke, neurological disorders or developmental disabilities. Easter Seals South Carolina supports people in all 46 counties through the state headquarters, located in Columbia, and 4 local offices throughout the state.

Lowcountry Therapy Center is a privately owned therapy group which is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality, personalized therapy & treatment. We currently provide pediatric speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy.

BabyNet is South Carolina's interagency system of early intervention services for families who have infants and toddlers, birth to three years of age, with developmental delays or conditions associated with developmental delays. Children may be eligible for BabyNet if they are learning or developing slowly. Eligible children are served regardless of family income or nationality.

STAR, LLC has expanded to the Jacksonville, NC area. We provide ABA therapy services to individuals diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. We also offer a variety of assessments and supports with navigating school systems. We have special experience working with military families as well.
